My Reflection

The official reason this artwork exists is that it is for Visual Art Stage 2 (Grade 12) Folio 2 Final Artwork. My theme is reflection and this is the final but at its core it has nothing to do with that. As some of you may know I am on barely passing art/failing it and my mum wanted me to try harder. So she said she would take me to Canada (as I am under 18) to see my girlfriend Catherine around March instead of waiting until september when I would turn 18 if I tried harder. To be with each other in the flesh is so important to us. And I want this more than anything so I gave this my all. I have never tried so hard in a piece, worked for so long on one. This is me giving 100% and more. I never knew I had this skill but I tried my best and more and it turned out great. Now I will not put a practitioners statement in here unlike the other times because why I did this is not what the teacher wants so I have basically lied all the way through this second semester excluding two pages. So the practitioners statement will also be a lie to please to the teacher. Telling her what she wants to hear. So this is the true story. No lies.
